Marta Santuccio - - Perspectival Neutral Monism and Psychedelic Experience

Perspectival neutral monism is proposed as a metaphysical framework for navigating and integrating the profound sense of unity often encountered during psychedelic experiences. By conceptualizing reality as an infinite and all-encompassing neutral substance, this framework enables a bridge between subjective peak experiences and everyday life. Integrating the feeling of undifferentiated consciousness into a coherent worldview requires recognizing the self as a persistent yet fluid pattern within this neutral substance. This model views individuals as finite, embodied expressions of the cosmos that temporarily and narrowly focus into a sense of self, facilitating a more flexible connection between transient mystical states and normal perception.
