Book Club - Trip Sitting: Support safe psychedelic journeys with trip-sitting skills

Trip Sitting book club focuses on practical trip-sitting skills for supporting safe, meaningful psychedelic journeys. The event is scheduled for Dec 11, 2025 (7-9p EST) and is hosted by The Navigators Community. Trip Sitting is presented as an essential guide for holding space ethically and effectively, covering preparation of the setting, setting the tone, supporting navigation through the journey, and integration afterward. It emphasizes one-to-one session skills that can be adapted to small group and personal contexts, and it highlights that the goal is to maximize benefits while minimizing risks. The book includes a foreword by Julie Holland, MD.
