One Mind Accelerator connects mental health startups with mentors, capital, and health plan partnerships via a 10-week hybrid program

One Mind Accelerator is a 10-week hybrid accelerator for early-stage mental health startups, offering network, education, and capital to help founders grow and improve care for people with mental health challenges. Launched in 2023, it selects a competitive cohort of about 10-15 startups each year (from hundreds of applicants). Programming includes in-person opening and closing weeks in Menlo Park, CA, with a focus on areas such as serious mental illness, youth mental health, maternal mental health, and precision psychiatry. The accelerator’s core support combines a mentor and advisory network, fundraising coaching and introductions, facilitated business development meetings with payors, providers, employers and academic medical centers, and founder development through coaching, workshops, and expert sessions. It also includes community and curated activities, plus founder stories and 1:1 mentor match sessions to help companies validate strategy and accelerate market impact.
