Horizons 2026 in New York: A Three-Day Conference on Psychedelic Science, Medicine, Policy, Culture, and Community

Horizons will hold its 19th conference in New York City from October 15 to 17, 2026, bringing together researchers, clinicians, entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, advocates, and cultural figures to examine psychedelics across science, medicine, policy, business, culture, and spirituality. The program includes a healthcare industry forum co-presented with Psychedelic Alpha, a day focused on psychedelic therapies and neuroscience, and a final day addressing political and cultural dimensions in the United States and globally. Community events running October 13 to 18 will include networking gatherings, screenings, dinners, meet-ups, charity benefits, music, and parties. Horizons is a New York-based 501(c)(3) educational charity founded in 2009, with a mission to help the public understand psychedelics. The event also emphasizes indigenous history, land acknowledgement, and respect for Lenape peoples and their continuing presence in Lenapehoking.
