Looking Into a Mirror on DMT | Trip Report

DMT is the primary focus of this detailed trip report where a user intentionally attempts to face internal fears by observing their own reflection during a high dose experience. The encounter involves vivid geometric transformations as the individual perceives their own face morphing into various forms, including those of animals and an entity reminiscent of traditional reptilian imagery. These visuals are described with a distinct poly-gonal and digital aesthetic. This experience is framed not just as a visual hallucination but as a profound psychological encounter where the user contends with the perception of their own identity. The state is marked by feelings of detachment and the sensation of shifting through multiple alternate versions of self, ultimately challenging the user's perception of conscious reality.
