MAPS Celebrates 35 Years of Psychedelic Science

The Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) marks 35 years of research into psychedelic-assisted therapy with a focus on imminent clinical breakthroughs. MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD currently stands at a critical juncture, showing significant potential for FDA approval as a novel treatment modality. Research initiatives have evolved significantly over three decades, resulting in the training of 900 specialized therapists and the establishment of over 50 research sites globally. Sustained clinical efforts continue to address root causes of suffering by facilitating emotional integration for patients.
