Regina Hess and David Heuer - Beyond Experience: The MIND Foundation Integration Program

Beyond Experience is a residential course designed by the MIND Foundation to facilitate the integration of psychedelic and other altered states of consciousness. The program employs methods such as acceptance and commitment therapy to help participants process challenging experiences and develop a stance of integration towards meaningful personal growth. The core objective remains restoring wholeness by learning to hold conflicting perspectives alongside each other rather than dissociating from shadow aspects. Participants are taught how to connect subjective states to their personal and transgenerational history, ultimately using their insights to guide daily life and build community.
