Why Ancient Texts All Say the Same Thing

Sacred and ancient texts from diverse cultures and eras across human history converge on five core underlying truths about reality, existence, and consciousness. These writings independently express that humans are not separate entities, that the ego is a limiting illusion born of fear, that the mind functions as a projector rather than a recorder of experience, that ego is the primary internal obstacle, and that all existence is inherently interconnected. These ancient lessons function as a shared map for navigating the human experience, suggesting that perceived separation is merely a hallucination and that returning to a state of truth involves relinquishing the ego. By shifting focus from identification with the ego to recognizing underlying connectivity, profound psychological transformation occurs, anchoring one in the present moment.
